In this Episode, I feature special guest, DeAnna Anderson. DeAnna is a non-fiction author who resides in Missouri with her family, along with their dog and elderly cat. She’s been blessed in her 25 year marriage to David, loves being the mother of two incredible adult sons and adores her daughter-in-law. She has lived on three continents serving in missions and has traveled to numerous countries gaining life lessons and experiences that feed the pages of her writings. In our authentic conversation, DeAnna shares her “God’s Plan not Mine” God story about how God orchestrated her families missionary appointment to Africa and her calling into missions in a very different way that what she had planned. She shares how God also helped her through many unexpected challenges and struggles, while serving in missions as she surrendered her plans to him. In closing, she shares encouraging and ministering words to those who are encountering unanticipated struggles and are having challenges in trusting God’s plans for their lives.
