In This Episode:

  • Michele Vrabel is an author, podcaster, speaker, pastry chef, traveler, foodie, and lover of King Jesus, who lives in Mesa, Arizona, with her college-aged daughter.
  • She was born in Indiana and now lives in Arizona. Her journey has a lot in it.
  • We can tell our stories in so many facets. Everyone has a story.
  • We must be a safe place for other women to tell their stories. It is in that telling our story that we realize we are not alone and that we go through these things because they shape us, grow us, and draw us closer to Jesus.
  • Michele shares their “Jesus Was There” God story.
  • Butterflies are survivors. We can be pulled this way and that way and stunt the journey through the chrysalis to get to the butterfly God wants to takes us to.
  • She was on her face in her living room crying because it was not at all what she thought she life would look like at the age of 56.
  • We are walked through a process so we can be healed and that can be worked together for making good  relationship choices moving forward and even helping others for that to work together for good.
  • Just as our bodies start healing the moment we are wounded, our heart, mind, and soul does the same thing.
  • At 60, she started a podcast and her book published when she was 62 years old. He gives her just enough light for the step she is on.
  • We all have a healing journey and it is underway. We all have to walk through those stages and some of them are going to be painful and hard but it is so worth it.
