Hello, Altered Stories Ministry Family,
This coming Monday, we will celebrate Memorial Day, a day when we remember and honor those brave military men and women who have fallen in service to our country.
I would like to address this sensitive subject by giving you encouragement. Have you lost a loved-one who was serving on the front lines, fighting for our freedom? If so, we thank you and them for their sacrifice, and we as a country grieve with you.
No matter what you are dealing with, what you face, no matter how hard it gets, you are not alone. The Bible says in Matthew 5:4, “God blesses those who mourn, for they will be comforted” (NLT).
If on Memorial Day, the loss of your loved one hurts a little more, know that we are thankful for their service and we are praying for you.
