Hello, Altered Stories Ministry Family,
I am stoked because my book “Protected” is making its way around the bend and I can now see the finish line in the editing process! Through this process, I found one last section I need to write, which triggered my thinking on something. Have you ever had a moment when you have this thing you are trying to accomplish as if you were running a race, coming closer and closer, almost to the finish line of completion of a project?
Isaiah 43:19 (NLT) says, “For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.”
Perhaps for you, you are now moving into a new season means preparing your kids to return to school. Maybe, you are entering into a new season of starting a new ministry, a new job, or learning how to navigate a new chapter in your life? Maybe, you have gone through a long, dry spell in your walk with the Lord, and now you are refilled by His Holy Spirit?
God’s word makes it clear that He loves to do new things. He loves to bring fresh rivers where there was once a dry wasteland. He loves to remake broken vessels into something new. Now is not the time to become tired. Never give up! You are almost there! Keep at it!
“So, let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.” Galatians 6:9 (NLT).
God bless,
Teresa
