Hello, Altered Stories Ministry Family,
First of all, we at Altered Stories Ministry want to wish you and your family a Happy New Year! As we have left 2021 behind, we get to step into a new year with new opportunities and adventures.
No, it doesn’t mean things suddenly are smooth sailing. In fact, in John 16:33 God says that we will have trouble, but we are to rejoice because He has overcome the world. Furthermore, we are given assurance that God is with us and that He will not leave us even until the end of the age.
As I write this, some things are happening in my family that are by no means fun or brings joy. Yet, I hold out hope that God is more significant than our troubles, and He will come through as He promises in this new year, no matter what.
You, my friend, can cling to that same hope. The hope that we have a new chance to do life well and we can serve the one who is the only King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
