- In January of 2007, she stepped down from her position in ministry because she was expecting her second child. She wanted to stay at home with her kids and earn a small income from home.
- She was first hired to do some ghostwriting for another client’s website. She would work during nap time or after her kids went to bed.
- Attending her first business conference, she discovered that people needed help with various skills she had acquired, including website creation, social media, and email marketing. That is where her virtual assistance business began.
- She worked her business part-time until her kids went to school, and then she started full-time. Then in 2023, she started her own team, and she now has four team members.
