Dawn’s 23-year infertility journey which included seven IVFs, two high-risk pregnancies (including a set of twins), and two international adoptions fundamentally transformed her life and faith. Dawn is also the founder of {Re}Purposed Lives, a social business that supports at-risk children and families while reducing textile waste through recycling unwanted stuffed animals and plush toys. She volunteers at her church and in her community to support women walking through infertility or parenting after infertility. We all have a story. We all face hardships. Faith beacons us to a life of transformation. It’s during our transformation that God fashions us for His purposes. I call this process repurposing.
re·pur·pose – (rēˈpərpəs) verb –to change [something] so that it can be used for a different purpose.
