In this episode, I interview Kelly Patterson. Kelly is a Human trafficking survivor, pastor and author from Rapid City, South Dakota and was a child when traffickers targeted her in her South Dakota hometown. She became the victim of “a grooming process” that trapped her in a life of sexual exploitation until she was almost 22. Kelly is one of the estimated 1 percent of trafficking victims who escaped and survived. In our conversation, shares how she became a victim, the horror of being a trafficking victim and how by God’s grace she was able to escape from her circumstances. She also shares how God supernaturally intervened to help her heal and to move forward in her life to be the wife, mother, Pastor, author, speaker and Human trafficking advocate she is today. Kelly Triumphs Over Evil

Kelly survived “Ring Trafficking” from a very young age. Her story will open your eyes and break your heart. She was helped by a bunch of “crazy Christians”. Kelly reached out to Billy Graham Ministries and found the love of the Holy Spirit. She was able to see through the ‘fog’ and find her way out. She’s never looked back! She feared sleeping until God spoke to her in a dream. He knew the depths of her fear and the depths of her soul. She knew from that night forward her healing would be whole.
