In this Episode, I feature special guest, Kimberly Wright who lives in the KC area with her husband and four children. She is an accomplished business owner, executive leader, author, and speaker with more than twenty years of diverse leadership experience in both the business and nonprofit world. She owns two LLC companies and is the founder of Perception Leadership, which was created to help leaders transform perspectives for more significant impact and influence. In 2009, Kimberly was selected as the Nevada Young Mother of the Year and the National Young Mother of the Year by American Mothers, Inc. She has a degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. In our authentic conversation, Kimberly shares her inspiring and transformational “Unlikely Choice” God Story about His infinite grace and mercy and how he helped heal her brokenness from past wounds and life messes and how he redeemed her to move forward into her leadership and motherhood calling. She also shares how she felt like an unlikely choice to be used by God to influence others and how God continued to pursue her. In closing, she shares encouraging and ministering words to those who struggle with feeling unworthy to be used by God due to their past.

- He has a call and a purpose for each one of us. As long as there is air in our lungs, He has a purpose for us being here. God will use that mess and testimony to honor Him and encourage somebody else.
