Bio

Kristy Feltis is a stay-at-home mom, Virtual Assistant, and Pinterest Manager who helps female entrepreneurs grow their businesses through strategic online marketing. She’s been married to her husband for 20 years, spending 17 of those as a military spouse. Kristy grew up in the church and has always had a relationship with God, but over the years, she wrestled with the difference between what people said about God and what she personally believed. Her story is one of rediscovering God’s true character—through Scripture, quiet faith, and everyday life.

In This Episode:

  • Kristy is a wife of 20 years to a retired military spouse and stay-at-home Mom who works as a Virtual Assistant and Pinterest Manager who helps female entrepreneurs grow their business through strategic online marketing.
  • When you get to hear other people’s stories, it connects us in a way that is indescribable. We need that connection as women.
  • Mistakes and struggles are not failures; they are just opportunities to learn.
  • God is constantly meeting us where we are. He is constantly trying to let us know He is with us and we are not alone.
  • Kristy shares her “My Discovery of God’s True Character” God story.
  • She grew up in church. When you are younger, you see God as the people in your life see God.
  • When you take the time to dive into the Bible, it is so much easier to get clarity on the character of God. The only way to quiet the noise of the world is to get into his word.
  • Then even in the difficult times, there is something unexplainable that knowing that God is with you, that he is walking with you, and that he is never going to leave you.
  • No circumstance in your life changes the goodness of who God is and what he has planned for you and your life.
  • She is growing in her relationship with God as a result of her deepening her understanding of who God is and his character.
  • She is using The Bible Recap to read through the entire Bible in a year.
  • Don’t allow yourself to be in isolation. They can speak life into you when you can’t speak life into yourself. Don’t give up on God because he hasn’t given up on you.
