- Physical detoxing isn’t only about what we eat or drink. It is about what we are watching and hearing.
- The Holy Spirit is the one who gives us the wisdom and understanding of how beautifully we are created.
- We were not meant to hear every single thing that is happening everywhere. We were designed in community.
- Prayer is the greatest thing we can do.
- No one is ever too far gone. No wound is too deep for God.
