She is a highly sought-after public speaker who has ministered, presented and trained for many areas and national churches. She also appears weekly on multiple broadcast streams via her talk show, “Talk About IT with Twoana” where she raises awareness to the stigma and plight of mental health! Twoana and I discuss in our conversation her childhood mental health issues and how God delivered her! Her deliverance is what drives her to tirelessly be a voice for all who battle mental and emotional illness today!

Twoana Clark-Sheppard
Twoana Clark-Sheppard, founder of Abundant Living Legacy Life Care, became a Christian at an early age but it wasn’t until her early thirties that she discovered the reality of a relationship with Christ, the risen King which began the true transformation. Twoana has endured many tests and trials which have taken her and her family into the deepest and darkest of valleys. It was in these fiery trials where she discovered the truth of the existence of God’s gracious and redemptive love and made the decision to dedicate her life to inspiring, encouraging, and equipping others to seek and know this same truth.
Twoana is a highly sought-after public speaker who has ministered, presented and trained for many area and national churches and organizations to include International Association of Women, Central Exchange, Kansas Leadership Center, FEMA, EPA (Federal Government), Mid-America Regional Council, Central Exchange, International Association Of Women, DREAMS Orgs, UMKC, Destiny Bible Fellowship, Greater Pentecostal Temple, Crossroads Church, and Girls Scouts of America. Twoana appears weekly on multiple broadcast streams via her talk show, “Talk About IT with Twoana” where she raises awareness to the stigma and plight of mental health. A recipient of the Inspirational Influencer Award by IAW, she works tirelessly to be a voice for all who battle mental and emotional illness.
Twoana has over 22 years in the social service and counseling field and currently works and serves communities and families all across the Kansas City and surrounding areas. She is currently a Licensed Mental Health Professional in private practice where she specializes in Trauma-informed Care as well as therapeutic coaching. She is also a certified Professional Development Specialist who regularly volunteers her time to serve individuals and families all across the Kansas City and surrounding areas. She currently serves as an Associate Minister at her local church as well as regularly hosting and serving within various ministry conferences and workshops.
