In this Episode, I interview special Kingdom Rockstar guest, Gina Fox from Ohio. Gina is a writer, speaker, podcaster, wife, fur mama and Aunt to all of the children around her. She is also the Founder of Anchored by the Sword Ministry. In our authentic conversation, Gina shares her journey to freedom story from the chains of her past and how God met her in the pit of her desperation, while considering suicide. She also shares how God used her husband, Grandmother and others to help her as she recovered from the trauma of her past, which helped her move forward into her calling as the Founder of Anchored by the Sword Ministry. Gina also shares inspiring words and scriptures to encourage others who may be struggling with past sins to help them break free.

She has always loved writing and reading books. In 2017, she read 100 Days to Brave and she started writing something on Facebook once a day for those 100 days. A lot of her writing now is her newsletter that goes out to her email list.
We need to hear about God moving in people’s lives because there is always something to take away from those stories. God can use everything to speak to somebody. People need to hear good things.
Gina shares her “Journey to Freedom” God story. She became a Christian at the age of 16. She was on a journey with God and ended up walking away from him.
Her praying grandmother was diagnosed with cancer and she was able to walk with her for 9 weeks on her journey from diagnosis to death. It turned her to God.
Your walk with God is going to have hills and valleys but the consistent thing is that he is there with you holding your hand.
Soul ties are anything that is keeping our soul tied down. She shares about cutting her soul ties.

It is important to share our stories because God is going to use them. Somebody is going to relate to your story.
Just keep taking the next step. God is with you and he is writing your story. You are made for a purpose at this time in history. He has a plan that is so much more than you imagine.
There are people that are ready to listen and will walk with you through your journey. God is there and he already knows all of it.
