  • Hadassah is an award-winning international author of 3 books in English and Bulgarian, a blogger at onthewaybg.com, a poet, speaker, and motivator, holding a master’s in international relations.
  • Generally, sharing our stories as men and women alike is very important. Our God stories are powerful testimonies.  We can encourage, inspire, motivate, and help others with our stories and comfort them with the same comfort we received from God in our own struggles and pain.
  • Hadassah shares her “Trusting God in Our Suffering” God story.
  • We need to know what the Bible says about suffering and how we are to view our own pains and suffering.
  • She had a second big round of suffering and pain in her life. This period of intense suffering was one of the most difficult for her to endure, but it also was the period when her real growth with the Lord began.
  • In all of her intensive periods of suffering, there was always a pivotal moment where she had to make the decision to continue being a victim or trust the Lord with her suffering. It was also a daily process of surrender.
  • This was a process of submission and learning to live by faith.
  • The Lord put a call on her life to share her experiences through her writing and blog.
  • When we trust the Lord in our suffering, we develop a more intimate and closer relationship with Him.
  • The Holy Spirit and our relationship with the Lord are the most precious possessions we have and our greatest treasure that will never be taken from us.
  • We can not go through this alone. Community is very important.
  • Trust the Lord and draw near to Him.
