Hello, Altered Stories Family,
We are over halfway through the first month of the New Year. Now is a great time for setting goals and figuring out what you want to accomplish. However, in the busyness of life, I encourage you to add to your list spending time with the Lord and including Him in your plans. Remember, “We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps” (Prov. 16:9 NLT).
As followers of Christ, it is so easy to be caught up in the doing of things, we forget to include God in our plans and daily duties. Proverbs 16:3 says, “Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed” (NLT).
In your planning and doings, make sure to invite God. Don’t forget Him, because He has never forgotten you.
