In this Episode, I interview special guest, Lana Silk, CEO of Transform Iran. Lana is a wife and a Mom of three children and lives in Ohio. In her role as CEO, she actively seeks to bring freedom to the people of Iran, transforming the nation into one which bears the image of Christ! Lana was born and raised in Iran before immigrating to the UK where she completed her education at Imperial College in London gaining a honors degree in Computer Engineering. In our authentic and in depth conversation, Lana shares her “Rise Up” God Story about how God raised her up to come alongside her father, Lazarus to run the Transform Iran ministry to help Christians and the Underground Church in Iran. She shares about the grace that God has given her and how she has channeled that into the ministry. She also shares about growing up in Iran and being exposed to the hate of Americans and about the persecution and difficulty that women and girls in Iran are enduring. In closing, she shares words of encouragement and challenges others to rise up to their God calling, and also welcomes others to join her in transforming Iran.

Women must rise up and take their place. As women, we have a role to play.

You are here to make a difference. Let’s make sure that we are doing everything that we can so that Jesus can get the maximum glory and pleasure out of our lives.
The enemy will use whatever tactics that he can to derail us and silence thoughts of significance or impact.
We can make a difference! Prayer is active and a powerful first step.
Prayer is a partnership. We partner with the Lord in what he wants to do and we partner together in ministry and adventure.
I want to encourage all the women listening, you have great significant roles to play in the kingdom of God. Don’t shy away from it. It is an act of worship to pursue all God has made you to be.
