In my final Part Four Episode: Women Around the World Series, I interview special guest, Rebecca Chaba. Rebecca was born in Mokopane South Africa and studied Marketing Management. She is a Christian wife and a mother of 3 beautiful girls and is a Pastor’s wife. In our authentic conversation, Rebecca shares her powerful “Abandoned but Not Forsaken” God story of her journey of growing up without her Mom and the struggles she encountered that included being involved in an abusive relationship and losing her brother. She also shares her salvation story and inspiring words of hope to encourage others who are struggling in relationships and in their lives and are in need of hope.

  • Her mom passed away when she was eight years old. Then it was just her, her dad, and her brother. When she was in high school she had to go to a boarding house.
  • She knew she had to focus on finding a job but realized that she needed to start sharing the story of the challenges she passed through.
  • We must give glory to God in all things that we are passing through.
  • If we have hope we see ourselves conquering and going forward.
  • If you can’t talk to your family, go out and find someone that you are comfortable talking with and talk to them. The most important is for you to speak out.
